Welcome to Sprague
The perfect place to live and work in
eastern Connecticut. Sprague is located right on the "border" between
northeastern and southeastern Connecticut,
within minutes of Rt. 395, and so is an easy
(45 minutes) commute to the New London area,
yet is also close (35 minutes) to both the
University of Connecticut's Main Campus and
Eastern Connecticut State University. Its
three villages, Baltic, Hanover and
Versailles,
are rich in history, charm and architectural
significance.
The entire Baltic Village is listed on the
National Register of Historic Places; Baltic
was home to one of the largest textile mills
in the country.
